Reservation Deposits, Methods of Paying.
To confirm a reservation, Anaconda Lodge Ecuador, requires a deposit of 30% of the total stay and also the river transportation to Anaconda Island and back to Punta Ahuano, which can be made through PayPal.
The 70% balance must be paid up to 5 days before arriving to the Lodge, otherwise, Anaconda Lodge Ecuador could cancel the reservation.
If you make your reservation less than 10 days prior to arrival, Anaconda Lodge Ecuador will require payment of 100% of the stay as well as the motorized canoe.
Cancellation Policy:
- The 30% deposit is not refundable, we will give you a credit so you can use it in the future under the prices and conditions at the moment you reschedule.
- You can change the dates of the reservation, as long as we have availability.
- If you make a no-show, Anaconda Lodge Ecuador will not refund any payment done to us.
- The 70% balance must be paid up to 5 days before arriving to the Lodge, otherwise, Anaconda Lodge Ecuador could cancel the reservation.
Anaconda Lodge Ecuador only accepts reservations made at least 48 hours in advance.
